'LOCATION At the very lower end of Allenhayes Road, just 200 yards or so downhill walk (steep in places) from Salcombe''s famous waterfront, shops and restaurants. ENTRANCE From Allenhayes Road a short path leads up to a covered veranda and from there into a large central hallway, off which most rooms are accessed. SITTING ROOM A cosy sitting room has two double sofas, occasional furniture, TV and DVD player.
